These terms apply to your use of the Pad Shine website and to any services provided by Pad Shine Exterior Detailing Ltd.

Quotes

Quotes provided via the website, WhatsApp, phone or email are free and without obligation. A quote is confirmed as a fixed price once we have seen sufficient detail (photos or a visit) and you have accepted it in writing.

Bookings

Appointment dates are confirmed in writing. If you need to rearrange, please give us as much notice as possible and we'll do the same for you.

Our work

We agree the work required and the price before starting. If we find something unexpected on the day, we'll discuss it with you before doing anything extra.

Before-and-after images on this site are illustrative of typical results. Individual results vary with surface type, age and condition — we'll always be honest about what to expect.
