What's included on each visit?
Everything listed in your plan, every time. The Essential Upkeep covers windows and lawn; the Curb Appeal Plan adds hedges and a garden tidy; the Full Exterior Detail Plan rotates in gutters, fascias, driveway and patio too. Roof, render and solar panel cleaning are quoted separately as annual add-ons — they don't need doing every few weeks.
How do photos confirm my final price?
The prices here are honest ballparks based on typical homes. Send us a few photos on WhatsApp and we'll confirm one clear, fixed per-visit price before your first clean — that's the price you pay on every visit after, no creeping costs.
Should I choose every 6 or every 8 weeks?
Every 8 weeks (around 6 visits a year) suits most homes and saves 10% versus one-off prices. Every 6 weeks (around 9 visits a year) keeps things truly pristine — ideal if you love a sharp lawn and striped finish — and saves 15%.
Can I pause, change or cancel my plan?
Anytime. Going away for a month, want to skip winter lawn visits, or need to stop altogether? Just let us know — there are no contracts, no cancellation fees and no awkward conversations.
Do I need to be home for visits?
No. As long as we can access the areas on your plan (and an outside tap where needed), we'll crack on while you're out and message you when we're done.
