Usually not. As long as we can get to the areas being cleaned and have access to an outside tap, we're happy to crack on while you're out. We'll confirm everything with you beforehand.

Not the way we do it. We match the cleaning method to each surface — some surfaces get a gentle softwash treatment rather than high pressure. Restoring your surfaces safely matters more to us than blasting them quickly.

Yes — we're fully insured for all the work we carry out, including public liability cover. We're happy to confirm details before any booking.

Most driveway or patio cleans are done in half a day to a day. Larger jobs like roofs or full exterior details can take longer — we'll give you a realistic timescale with your quote.
